The staff at Fort Worth Optometry Co. were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. It had been a while since I had seen an optometrist, so I was a little nervous going in, but Dr. Cross and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and happy to answer any questions I had. When it came time to pick out my new frames, they were SO helpful and attentive. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’m so glad I chose Fort Worth Optometry Co. and am already excited to pick up my new frames!

I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best optometrist experience I have ever had (and trust me, with my eyesight, I’ve been to several), thanks to the lovely people here. Everyone is warm, friendly, and helpful. From scheduling the appointment to receiving my updated prescription, the entire process was so smooth, and I feel like I was very well taken care of here! Also a huge plus that they’re open on Saturdays!! I’m excited to pick up my new lenses from them in a couple weeks.

I had a really great experience at Fort Worth Optometry\. Dr\. Matt was excellent. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit\. The lady and gentleman at the front who helped me with my glasses were also extremely nice and helpful\. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and welcoming\. After having several previous experiences with eye doctors that didn’t quite meet my expectations, this visit really stood out\. I’ve decided to make them my regular eye doctor and will definitely be going back routinely\. Highly recommend\!

I went for my appointment yesterday and was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. Matt was thorough during the exam and was very helpful in getting the correct prescription during the exam. John was a breeze to work with for the insurance processing and payment for the visit. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and upfront about the entire visit. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend this practice to anybody who needs a vision exam!

Both Dr. Cross and Dr. Soriano are amazing to see for an eye exam! Both are welcoming, kind, respectful, and just overall very good at what they do. We followed Dr. Cross from his previous location and are so grateful we did - they take such great care of us and one day will take care of our kids too. 10/10 recommend! Oh and the office vibes are spectacular.

Dr. Christian and Dr. Matt were amazing and took care of me and my cousin. The whole exam was painless and quick! Would recommend the practice to all my friends and family.
