I had such a wonderful experience at this optometrist appointment from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The office was clean, and very organized, which immediately put me at ease. The optometrist was absolutely fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and thorough during the entire exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about my eye health rather than rushing through the appointment. I really appreciated how attentive and personable they were. The eye exam itself was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling confident that I received excellent care. Choosing new frames was also a pleasant experience thanks to the helpful staff, who gave honest recommendations and made the process fun and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and high-quality eye care!

Everything about my experience with this place was great! From the ease of scheduling online and verifying my insurance benefits, to the thorough examination to get my new glasses prescription, Dr. Cross and Foster made my visit a breeze. I will definitely be back! ☺️

Great experience! Dr. Matt is awesome. I don’t have any special knowledge about what constitutes “cutting edge” optometry, but it definitely seems like they use newer technologies and tools to make the exam and glasses measurements process more effective and accurate. The office is also gorgeous, and they sell unique frames that aren’t easy to get elsewhere. Highly highly recommend Fort Worth Optometry Co. Editing this to add: I had such a fun time picking frames with Foster. He gave great advice regarding fit, comfort, and style.

Today, I had my first visit to Fort Worth Optometry CO. The space is truly wonderful. The decor, ceiling, and subtle artistic flair create a cozy atmosphere, making you feel like you're in someone's home instead of a typical doctor's office. Well done! The doctor and staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work and patient care.
